LCHS Renovation Ahead of Schedule, Tours Available
The Lake County School District is extending an invitation for community members to come see the great progress on the High School construction project.
In the interest of safety and security they must schedule tours at set times with a controlled number of attendees (approx. 10-15 per tour.) Tours will be held on the third Tuesday of every month at 1 p.m. Tours will be conducted by the District’s Owner’s Representative, Consilium Partners, but RSVPs are requested at the district office.The landscape at Lake County High School is changing . . . FAST!

Local Educator to Discuss Building Student Character
On Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. at The Center, local educator Kelli McCall will present The Super Power of Character.
This free program will discuss how to build character and a growth mindset in children, including strategies that parents can take home to help their children overcome adversity and become lifelong learners.
McCall is a graduate of Lake County High School, St Olaf College, has her master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, and is presently an Assistant Professor at CMC Timberline. This FREE family event is sponsored by Lake County Build A Generation’s Eyes Wide Open and The Center’s Policy Council and includes free dinner and childcare!
