Fresh snow, then blue skies & sunshine, followed by more fresh snow – there’s no doubt about it, it’s Springtime in the Rockies! And with hundreds of visitors in town for #SpringBreak2017, once the sun sets on daytime fun, thoughts turn to where to grab some grub and then catch some music, maybe hit the dance floor.

Celebrate the Day of Fools at The Scarlet Bar with Low Side Demand. Billed as “rafting influenced whitewater tunes that get you wetter than the Royal Gorge,” the band promises to “make enough noise to get that 2017 snow flowing downstream!”
That might mean a little more jam time than usual when you’re at 10,200 feet.
Come, see how turned up they can get that dance floor and celebrate the Fool’s Day on Saturday, Apr. 1. The show starts at 10 p.m. and featuries The Tye Dudley Dinner Band.
It’s great to see the local LIVE music scene stay alive, so come support those efforts at the corner of 4th Street & historic Harrison Avenue.
However, for those more inclined to sing their own tune, there will be an opportunity to do that down at Leadville’s Historic Pastime Bar & Cafe, in the old Red Light District at 120 W. 2nd Street.

The historic Pastime Bar at 120 W. 2nd Street has Karaoke MUSIC Friday Night on Old state Street!
Tomorrow is Karaoke Kamikaze Friday night with DJ Girl hosting the sing-a-long starting at 9 p.m.
